Shamanism could be described as Animism in practice; both have been present within the hearts, souls, and communities of mankind since the beginning. There was a time when these terms didn’t exist as there was no need to define as different, a way of being that was simply normal life.
What is a shamanic way of life?
In current Western culture our animistic roots were severed and burned millennia ago. We have strayed far from the path of living in right relationship with the planet, losing connection, meaning and the sacred nature of ourselves and our host. Yet ancestral memory of richer times exists in our very cells. Approaching these memories, the shamanic way, enables us to begin to rebuild not only connection, health, and respect for the Earth but also the role of medicine women and men in modern societies.
At Shamanic Way we work to awaken and regenerate the innate intuitive nature, rediscover trust & connection and embody personal medicine, enabling us to live differently, work differently, heal differently, and die differently with Earth stewardship at our core and consciousness as our forever teacher. To immerse yourself in this way of being is what we offer to you as our Shamanic Apprenticeship.
Our Offering
Our Shamanic Apprenticeship goes beyond simple training techniques or adopting a set of pious new ‘spiritual rules to live by,’ but rather, energetic initiations into a powerful medicine lineage which enable you to live as your true self – ever evolving. We provide 1-2+ years of fully supported deep dives into the shamanic worlds – focusing on YOU and YOUR healing as you embark on a life-long journey of becoming yourself, all within an eons-tested shamanic framework!

Origin
These ancient teachings, held in safe keeping for centuries by the Q’ero of the Peruvian Andes have, for the last few decades, been shared with Westerners. Why? Because these beautiful wisdom keepers believe that it is the younger brothers and sisters (Westerners) that are in most need of this knowledge now. The Inca Prophecy shares that we live in an age that the Q’ero call the ‘Taripay Pacha’ meaning ‘the age in which we meet ourselves again’.
Supported by prophetic guidance and ancestral blessings, we are to re-remember who we really are, re-weave the medicine basket as our own and to live and share accordingly.

We begin with the first five days into the initiations of the peruvian medicine wheel on November 15th – 19th 2024.

The next five days take place from February 14th – 18th 2025 as we move into the West of the wheel
- north
Our initations into the North take place during five days in spring: May 16th – 20th 2025
- east
The last initiations take place during five days from September 5th – 9th 2025 as we navigate the east of the peruvian medicine wheel.

Charlotte Gush serves the world as a healer, wise woman and down to earth spiritual mentor. She has worked as a behavorial specialist in jails in the UK and Northern Ireland, before stepping on the path as a shamanic practicioner in 2008. Her initiations and practices are gifted by the Four Winds Society and the blessing of the Q'ero tribe in Peru. Her shamanic work is marked by a vast knowledge of historical, spiritual, occult and long forgotten knowledge about the world that we live in. She is studying etymology, herbalism and is developing her ceremonial medicine card pack, while offering shamanic healing and apprenticeships
Daniela Huber is a shamanic practicioner and a ceremonial artist, specializing in the art of tattooing. She grew up in Switzerland and Singapore, trained as a taylor, studied Literature and Film in Bern. She has worked as a writer and artist in journalism and advertising and published her own deck of Parable Cards in 2020. Daniela has been working with and initiated by Charlotte since 2021. Her work is defined by her vivid artistic imagination and a vast knowledge of the arts.
